This module will introduce you to selected project management tools which you will apply in networked, team-based projects with your peers throughout the module. You will be familiarized with the project life cycle, projects' organizational structure and organizational behavior. The module is designed to provide you with tools for goal setting, planning, controlling and evaluating projects and applying these tools in exercises and case scenarios.

Overall, this module will help you to improve your conversation and negotiation skills in intercultural contexts, to gain knowledge in conflict management, and to apply tools of co-operation for successful team work.
