Volkhart Vincentz
Volkhart Vincentz holds a degree in economics from the University of Munich and a Ph. D. (Economics) from Boston University, USA. He has researched at the Institute for East European Studies at the University of Munich, where he is deputy head since 1997. Additionally, he has extensive experience in policy consulting in Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, Bosnia-Hercegovina), taught at the Universities of Regensburg, Munich and Kiev.
His areas of research are economic growth and convergence and foreign trade issues.
